The 30-Day Home Trial — how it works:
Try WhisperVac with your pet for up to 30 days from delivery. If it's not right for you — pet won't warm up to it, doesn't fit your routine, any reason at all — you can return it for a full refund of the product price.
To start a return:
- Email support@whispervac.shop with your order number and a quick note on why (it genuinely helps us improve).
- We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
- Once the return is delivered and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The fine print (kept short and honest):
- Items should be returned with all attachments, reasonably clean.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case we cover everything and ship a replacement or refund immediately, your choice.
Damaged or defective on arrival? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, no return shipping needed in most cases.
